The Company has been advised today that Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, today acquired 4,086 Ordinary shares at a price of 120.95p per share. Following this transaction, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 1,025,362  Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.9 % of issued Ordinary share capital.
