The Company has been advised that Jolyon Harrison, Director, purchased today a further 10,000 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc at a price of £1.09 per share.  Following this purchase, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 1,065,450 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc representing 2% of the Company's issued share capital.
