The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 08/06/2021 at 16:44 under RNS No 2234B.

It was incorrectly stated in section 4 c (Details of the Transaction) that James Pitt acquired 23 shares through the Scheme as he has also been awarded to 25 Dividend shares so the total shares acquired through the Scheme should be recorded as 48 shares.

All other details remain unchanged.
