The Company was advised yesterday that on, 08 May 2007, the Directors and
Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary
shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.1975 per Ordinary Share through
a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the 'Scheme') which has been
approved by the Inland Revenue.  Their previous and current shareholdings,
including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
