Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management
Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 June 2007, the Directors and
Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary
shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.12 per Ordinary Share through a
Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the 'Scheme') which has been
approved by the Inland Revenue. In addition, the Company has been advised that
the following Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities
acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.12 per
Ordinary Share through the reinvestment of the dividend earned on the Shares
originally acquired through the Scheme.  Their previous and current
shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
