The Company has been notified today that, on 29 November 2006, Eric Stobart,
Non-executive Director, acquired a beneficial interest in 5,650 Ordinary shares
of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 352.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Eric Stobart is 20,000
Ordinary shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share
capital of the Company.
