Notification of interests of directors

The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 May 2006, the Directors and Persons
Discharging Management Responsibility listed below acquired Ordinary Shares in
the Company at a purchase price of £4.00 per Ordinary Share through a Profit
Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme, which has been approved by the Inland
Revenue.  Their previous and current share holdings, including those held by
Related Persons, are as follows:
