Notification of Interest


The Company has been informed by a letter today that following the purchase of
200,299 ordinary 2p shares, North Atlantic Value LLP is currently interested in
5,154,500 ordinary shares at 2p each, representing 10% of the issued share
capital of the company.

This includes a holding of 350,000 ordinary shares in which Oryx International
Growth Fund Limited is the beneficial owner.
