MJ Gleeson Group plc (the 'Company') was informed, by a letter dated 13 April
2005, that following a purchase of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the
Company on 12 April 2005, North Atlantic Value LLP is currently interested in
2,600,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company representing 5.09% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
