Notification of Interest


The Company has been informed by a letter dated today that following the
purchase on 13 November 2006 of 350,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), North Atlantic Value LLP is currently interested in
6,807,091 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.12% of the issued share capital of
the Company.


This includes a holding of 650,000 Ordinary Shares in which Oryx International
Growth Fund Limited is interested.  It also includes a holding of 2,477,933
Ordinary Shares by North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, which
is jointly managed by North Atlantic Value LLP.
