Further to its announcement on 4 November 2014, relating to the proposals to create a new parent company of the Group, MJ Gleeson PLC ("New MJ Gleeson"), by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, M J Gleeson Group Public Limited Company announces that a prospectus issued by New MJ Gleeson (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

The Prospectus has been submitted electronically to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.  

The Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at www.mjgleeson.com.  Copies of the Prospectus will also be available for inspection at the Company's offices at Sentinel House, Ancells Business Park, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2U2 during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excepted) until the close of business on the Scheme Effective Date.
