Director - Transfer of Shares



The Company was advised today that DA Eyre transferred 1729 Shares from his
own name to his wife's.  There has been no change in the total holding of Mr
Eyre and related parties of 13,155 Shares representing 0.13% of the Companys
issued share capital.
