PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that on 15 July 2020, Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 87,720 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal account to his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) through a sale and simultaneous re-purchase of those shares at prices of 47.2p and 49.0p respectively. Following this transfer, Charles Spicer's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged.
