MJ Hudson Group plc
(the "Company" or "MJ Hudson")
Employee Benefit Trust
MJ Hudson announces that it has established the MJ Hudson Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the ''EBT''). It is intended that the EBT will purchase existing ordinary shares in the Company in order to satisfy obligations arising from the MJ Hudson staff incentive plans, as set out in the Company's AIM admission document in December of last year, as well as other share and options awards granted to employees over time. The trustees of the EBT are Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited.
On the 9th and 10th July 2020 the EBT acquired, in aggregate, 50,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 43p per share through Cenkos Securities plc. The EBT now holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Further announcements will be made in due course in relation to dealings by the EBT.
