Interim dividend



The Board of Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that the
Company will pay an interim dividend of 6 pence per share to Ordinary Fund
Shareholders on 20 October 2005 to Shareholders on the register on 23 September
2005. The dividend is tax free for qualifying shareholders.
