Shareholder Update
The Board is pleased to announce that, following the listing
of the Company's shares earlier this year, a total of £10.2
million has so far been raised. The Offer for Subscription
remains open for acceptance.
Application has recently been made for a further 602,157
shares to be admitted to the Official List.
The Board is also pleased to announce that it recently made
its first investment: £250,000 in Clarity Commerce Solutions
plc, a company that recently floated on AIM. This investment
currently stands at a modest premium to the cost of
investment. The Board has been informed by the investment
adviser, Matrix Private Equity, that the deal flow remains
strong and a number of other investment opportunities are at
an advanced stage of negotiation currently being reviewed.
