Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 26 September 2023 it purchased 444,203 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 63.39 pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 97,655,966 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
