Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 7 July 2017 it purchased 19,956 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 89.75 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the Company now has 35,652,431 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. 

The Company was satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company were previously in receipt of had become publicly available prior to the market purchase being completed. Therefore, the Company was not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.
