Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2014 it purchased for cancellation 52,468 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 108.25 pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 41,872,204 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
