Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 1 October 2014 it purchased for cancellation 110,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.25 pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 42,580,195 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
