Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 14 May 2019, it purchased 165,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 71.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 67,742,163 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
