Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014

The Annual Report and Accounts forMobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") for the year ended 31 December 2014 has been sent to shareholders today, Tuesday, 31 March 2015, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 6 May 2015.

The Company has submitted copies of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

-	Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014
-	Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2015
-	Proxy  Form for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2015.
