Change of Accounting Reference Date
Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the Company's Accounting Reference
date has been extended from 30 September to 31 December.
The Company's first set of interim accounts will therefore be prepared for the
period from 1 October 2004 to 30 June 2005 and will be circulated to
shareholders in September 2005. Its next set of annual accounts will be drawn
up for the period from 1 October 2005 to 31 December 2005 and will be circulated
to shareholders in March 2006.
