The Company announces that Catherine Wall has informed the board that she wishes to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2021. 

 

The board would like to thank Catherine for her significant contribution and dedication since joining the board in 2014, particularly in her role as Chair of the Audit Committee and wish her well for the future.

 

A recruitment process for the appointment of a new Audit Chair will be undertaken.
