The Company announces that it was informed on 23 May 2016 that Clive Boothman, a director of the Company, acquired 27,621 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares") at a price of 90.00 pence per Share, on 27 April 2016, on the London Stock Exchange.  The purchase represented 0.036% of the Shares in issue.

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1).
