Appointment of new Director

The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Wall as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2014.

Ms Wall was with Barclays Private Equity (now Equistone) from 1993 - 2013 during which time she was a Director, Partner and UK Portfolio Director.  She has been a non-executive director of Indigo Holdings Limited (August 2010 - December 2012) and has been a Member of the Investment Panel of the British Red Cross since 2004.  She was recently appointed as a non-executive director of BRE Limited.

There are no details in respect of Ms Wall requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
