Transaction in the Company's own shares - Amended announcement

On 4 April 2019, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announced that it purchased a total of 938,401 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 61.9327 pence per share for cancellation, on 3 April 2019.

Following this purchase the Company has 105,963,762 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue (and not 105,927,467 shares as was stated in the announcement of 4 April 2019). 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc is 105,963,762.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc.
