Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 September 2018, it purchased 279,872 of the Company's own ordinary shares at an average price of 60.5014 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 107,696,072 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
