Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 10 May 2019, it purchased 220,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 57.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 105,743,762 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
