Pursuant to DTR 6.1.2, two draft copies of the proposed amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, pending approval at the 2010 AGM, have also been submitted to the UKLA.  In addition a full set of the Articles highlighting the amendments is available for inspection until the close of the AGM at the Company's registered office, 7 Triton Square, London NW1 3HG.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 are available on the Company's website at www.nationalexpressgroup.com/ar2009.

The Company's 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at Glaziers' Hall, 9 Montague Close, London Bridge, London SE1 9DD on Wednesday 5 May 2010 at 11.00 am.
