National Express Group PLC (the Company) was notified today of the following Directors' dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each:

On 28th August 2008, Ray O'Toole exercised 62,213 nil cost options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. Of these shares Mr O'Toole sold 57,213 at a price of £10.20 per share and retained 5,000 shares. His total shareholding is now 31,364 (0.021% of the issued share capital). Mr O'Toole also has options over a further 138,791 shares.
