Director's dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p

The Company announces that on 17 November 2010 Jeremy Maiden exercised his vested award of 40,565 shares (the "Second Award") granted under the Share Award Agreement on 2 December 2008. 

On17 November 2010 Mr Maiden sold 16,714 shares at a price of 2.33679 pence per share and retained 23,851 shares.  The shares were sold to meet the tax liability arising on the exercise of the Second Award. 

Mr Maiden's total shareholding has increased from 92,496 to 116,347 (0.023% of the total voting rights in the Company).

National Express Group PLC was informed by Mr Maiden of the above transaction on 17 November 2010.
