National Express Group PLC was notified yesterday of the following Directors'
dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each:



On 14 May 2007 Adam Walker exercised his options over 76,358 shares, granted on
12 May 2004 at an option price of £6.81.  On 14 May 2007 Mr Walker sold 76,358
shares at a price of £12.625.  His total shareholding therefore remains at
25,000 (0.016% of the issued share capital).  Mr Walker also has options over a
further 177,678 shares.



On 14 May 2007 Ray O'Toole exercised his options over 92,511 shares, granted on
12 May 2004 at an option price of £6.81.  On 14 May 2007 Mr O'Toole sold 92,511
shares at a price of £12.625.  His total shareholding therefore remains at
24,364 (0.016% of the issued share capital).  Mr O'Toole also has options over a
further 183,723 shares.
