National Express Group PLC has been notified today of the following Director's
dealings in the Company's shares:

Mr Philip White, Chief Executive, has today been notified by the Remuneration
Committee of the acceptance of his request to transfer to him 27,184 shares
under the terms of the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Scheme.  Mr White
has sold these shares today at a price of 864p.  Mr White's current
shareholding in the Company is 115,408 and he has options over a further
165,353 shares.
