                Update on disposal of Australian bus operations


On 24 February 2005 the Group confirmed the end of its involvement in Australian
bus operations.


We are pleased to note today's announcement by Deloitte, the administrators of
Bosnjak Holdings Pty Limited ('Bosnjak'), confirming the successful sale of the
assets of Bosnjak to a joint venture between Cabcharge Limited and ComfortDelGro
Corporation Limited for $A106.7m (£44.8m).


It is anticipated that the proceeds, which are expected to be distributed later
this year, will cover the book value of the assets being sold.  The sale is
expected to complete at the end of September 2005.
