NATIONAL EXPRESS GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

Dividend Declaration

The Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting a final dividend of 6.75p per ordinary share (2012: 6.6p), making a total of 10.0p for the year (2012: 9.75p) representing an increase for the year of 3%. Subject to approval by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 23 May 2014 to shareholders on the register on 2 May 2014.
