National Express Group PLC received notification on 21 February 2001 from CGNU
plc that following the novation of funds from Norwich Union Investment
Management Limited to Morley Fund Management Limited, both wholly owned
subsidiaries of CGNU plc, that the notifiable interest held by Morley Fund
Management Limited has risen to 7,628,328 shares representing 5.88% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
