National Express Group PLC ('NEG') - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 March 2013 the issued share capital of NEG consists of 511,738,648 Ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.

The total shares in issue has increased from 511,732,603 as at 28 February 2013 to 511,738,648 as at 31 March 2013 as a result of shares issued to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees.

The above figure, 511,738,648, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEG under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
