AGM Statement

Mobile Streams plc 24 April 2006 24 April 2006 Annual General Meeting Announcement Mobile Streams plc, ('Mobile Streams' or 'the Company'), the global mobile media specialist, today holds its Annual General Meeting. At the meeting, to be held at 11 am, chairman Roger Parry will make the following statement: 'I am pleased to report that the year to date has begun well. Following our Initial Public Offering in London in February 2006, Mobile Streams has continued to drive its international growth and pursue strategic acquisitions in the mobile media market. We are also delighted to have made a number of important appointments, which add considerable depth to our team. Our very recent acquisition of Cyoshi Mobile, a leading European producer and distributor of mobile media content, strengthens our position in the fast growing mobile video sector of the market. Such a complementary acquisition will accelerate Mobile Streams' global content strategy by adding a portfolio of unique content, while boosting the Company's operator distribution footprint across both continental and Eastern Europe. The appointment of Mark Carleton to the Board in February reinforced our partnership with Liberty Media Corporation ('Liberty') following our strategic alliance with Liberty and TruePosition in January 2006, through which Liberty acquired a 22% stake in Mobile Streams. Mobile Streams have now met with many of the Liberty owned or affiliated companies and have been widely welcomed as a partner with mobile media expertise. In addition, Mobile Streams signed a multi-million dollar agreement to manage and operate Connectid, the US mobile tracking business controlled by TruePosition. Location enabled services are becoming more important as an enabler of new and improved mobile services such as family locator and location enabled content. Connectid has leveraged its expertise in the sector from its TruePosition parent along with its Liberty support to identify and start to implement a strong strategy to embrace this emerging opportunity. We were also very pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Rovtar as Senior Vice President, Business Development in March 2006. Mr. Rovtar, who has over 20 years experience in the media sector, will lead the development of Mobile Streams' 'Vuesia' platform - a proprietary new technology that deploys and manages all aspects of mobile content distribution, including; encoding to meet varying carrier and handset specs, content delivery, reporting, billing and digital rights management. Trading across the Group remains very much on track and we are confident of considerable further opportunities ahead. Since the listing we have launched new business with Movistar in Chile and Alltel, the 5th largest operator in the US. We believe we occupy a unique space in the mobile media market and intend to develop both content and distribution opportunities internationally.'
