Blocklisting Application


Pursuant to the EMI Scheme, the ISO Sub-Plan and the Stand-Alone Option
Agreements, applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
blocklisting of 1,316,014 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each ('Shares') to be admitted
to AIM and to be admitted to trading upon exercise of options.


The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares of the Company.
