Change of Financial Year End

The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the corporate restructuring announcement released earlier today, the financial year end of the Company will change from 31 December to 30 June with effect from the current financial year. As a result of this change, the Company will publish second interim results for the period ending 31 December 2010 and then publish and send to shareholders the Company's audited results for the 18 months ending 30 June 2011.
