Mobile Streams Plc - Change of Directors
Mobile Streams Plc ('Mobile Streams' or 'the Company') announces today the
appointment of James Colquhoun as Finance Director, with effect from the
Company's AGM on 21 May 2007. James will be replacing Jitesh Sodha who is
leaving Mobile Streams to join a private equity business.
James Colquhoun is a qualified Chartered Accountant of England and Wales, who
joined Mobile Streams in June 2006 as Group Financial Controller. Prior to
joining Mobile Streams, James was European Financial Controller at Cinram
International Inc, the largest producer of pre-recorded multi-media and related
logistic services.
Jitesh will be joining Aloe private equity, which specialises in environmental
investments, to lead the growth of one of their investments.
Roger Parry, Chairman, said 'I would like to congratulate James on his
appointment. He has done an excellent job for Mobile Streams over the past 10
months and has a detailed understanding of the business. He has worked closely
with Jitesh and they will continue to work closely on a smooth transition up to

the huge contribution he has made in establishing and building Mobile Streams
over the past 2 years and wish him luck with his new opportunity. '
Jitesh Sodha, CFO, said 'I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mobile Streams and
take great satisfaction in the company's performance. I am sad to leave a
growing company with good management and a lot of potential, but I look forward
to following Mobile Streams' success from the perspective of a shareholder'.

Streams. In two years, Jitesh developed the accounting function within the
company and managed the IPO process. He leaves the company with a solid global
finance team that can scale as the company grows. I am delighted that James has
agreed to move up from Group Financial Controller to Finance Director and look
forward to his contribution as we seek to increase the operational analytics and
metrics we use to maximize returns from the retailing of mobile content.'
