Mobile Streams plc ('the Company') was notified on 29 September 2006 by Schroder
Investment Management Limited on behalf of Schroders plc and its subsidiaries
pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that its interest in the
Company is 3,935,957 ordinary shares, representing 11.42% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

These shares are held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliated
company, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (SUTL), and registered or to be registered
in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
