Private Media Group and Mobile Streams Announce Exclusive Global Off-Portal
Mobile Partnership





BARCELONA, SPAIN and NEW YORK, NY- August 6, 2007 -- Private Media Group, Inc.
(NASDAQ: PRVT), a global leader in adult entertainment, and Mobile Streams, the
premier global mobile music and media provider, today announced the two
companies have entered into an exclusive global partnership to distribute
Private's premium adult content through Mobile Streams platform for off-portal
mobile services.



Under the terms of the agreement, Private's content will be sold to consumers
via Mobile Streams' proprietary Vuesia technology platform. The Private content
will be marketed through the Company's multiple distribution platforms including
www.private.com, magazines and DVDs, as well as using mobile search engines
which are rapidly being deployed by mobile network operators.

The agreement includes access to Private's proprietary content library. Mobile
Streams will use its Vuesia platform to manage the bidding on relevant keywords
and present Private's content in mobile search results. Vuesia is integrated
into all major search engines, including Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.
