Grant of Options

Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the leading provider of instant communication mobile applications to the enterprise market, announces the following grant of options over ordinary shares of 2 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Group and pursuant to the Group's UK & Israeli share option plans to the following Executive Directors:

Abraham ('Avi') Tooba	3,000,000	6.5 pence
Jeremy Fenn	3,000,000	6.5 pence

The options were granted on 15 June 2017 and may not be exercised prior to 15 June 2020 (save as may be provided under the Rules of the Scheme) and are subject to certain performance criteria being met.

Following this award, Avi Tooba holds 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p in Mobile Tornado representing 1.1% of the issued share capital, and 7,000,000 options. 

Following this award, Jeremy Fenn holds 11,434,752 Ordinary Shares of 2p in Mobile Tornado representing 4.2% of the issued share capital, and 6,000,000 options.
