             Mobile Tornado expands its business into South America



                  Partnership agreement with TecnoVoz Limited



Mobile Tornado, one of the world leaders in convergent, instant communications,
today announces that is has signed a partnership agreement with TecnoVoz Limited
('TecnoVoz') in Argentina to provide Push To Talk over Cellular ('PoC') services
to the enterprise and mobile operator market. Branded 'Walkei Talkei' this
service is commercially available immediately.



Until now, mobile operators and enterprise organisations have traditionally had
to incur significant capital expenditure in order to roll out new value added
services including Push to Talk ('PTT') . Now operators and enterprises can
enjoy using instant voice communications in a  cost effective manner.



Under the terms of the deal, TecnoVoz will host Mobile Tornado's
Push-To-Xperience platform providing access to PTT services. Mobile Tornado is
responsible for supplying software licences to its patented IPRS PTT system, and
providing 3rd line support.
