In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:


  • Mobile Tornado Group plc's capital consists of 184,431,430 ordinary shares
    of 2 pence each.
  • Mobile Tornado Group plc holds 12,251,333 ordinary shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mobile Tornado Group plc is
172,180,097.



The above figure (172,180,097) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mobile Tornado Group plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
