Mobistar appoints Paul Baeck as Chief Commercia...

Brussels, 22 May 2008  - Mobistar announces  the appointment of  Paul
Baeck as the company's new Chief  Commercial Officer. As of 1  August
2008, he'll  assume  the  responsibility for  all  of  the  company's
commercial activities within the residential and professional markets
and for  the customer  services. As  CCO, Paul  Baeck will  become  a
member of Mobistar's executive committee.

Paul Baeck  has extensive  knowledge  of the  telecom market,  is  an
expert in retail, and has years of management experience in different
companies. His leadership style is characterised by a  results-driven
approach and strong business development capacities.

The charismatic Paul Baeck is a 46 year-old Belgian national and  has
15 years of experience in a number of managerial positions. He  began
his career as a Financial Controller and, in 1989, moved to Midas  in
that capacity. He  was soon  named General  Manager and  successfully
guided the company  to its purchase  by the Fiat  group. In 2002,  he
went to work for The Phone House as Sales and Marketing Director and,
one year later,  got promoted  to the  Managing Director's  position.
With his effective approach and his experience in the retail  sector,
he succeeded in revitalising The Phone House, leading the company  to
the top of the  independent telecom retail  chains in Belgium.  Under
his direction,  The Phone  House  grew from  40 to  120  distribution
points in Belgium, with a work force of more than 500 employees.

needs of  the  market  will  contribute to  the  development  of  our
