Mobistar first to launch pre-paid bundles for calling and surfing
                       abroad at lower tariffs

Brussels, 25 March 2009 - Mobistar  today is the first to launch  the
Holiday Pass and  the Internet  Pass for  advantageously calling  and
surfing while on holiday. With the pre-paid roaming bundles, Mobistar
residential customers can call  36 % cheaper and  save 72 % on  their
internet expenses when  staying abroad.  As a  result, customers  can
better control their budget for foreign mobile phone use.
