Mobistar records another rise in turnover

            Outlook for the 2009 financial year confirmed

Brussels, 23 July 2009 - Mobistar has published its financial results
for the first half of 2009. Notwithstanding the unfavourable economic
climate and the  expected regulatory  pressure, Mobistar  is in  line
with its forecasts for the  2009 financial year. The company's  sound
financial situation is due to the implementation of its strategy  and
the control over changes in costs.
